What is a seller-financed mortgage interest statement?
I am doing my tax return on turbo tax and by default it says I have collected this interest.
it wont say that by default unless you stated earlier that you sold something and that you are collecting interest on the amount the person who bought the item from you has not paid.
now, its asking you for that amount.
go back to previous pages to undo that if in fact you did not collect interst of this form.
