mortgage vs rent? please help.?
ok so… i want to get a new home
a bungalow.
so i make about $1500-$2500 a month.
i’m trying to think of what is better to pay for my salary.
mortgage or rent?

because i know i have depts and there’s interest, but i make so little and i really want to own a house, plus i have to pay for heating, electricity and water.
and i need money for food too
so if i take a loan from the bank, its usually for 25 years, and i pay mortgage… so is it better to take a loan from the bank? or rent
when i say depts, i’m talking about when i take a loan ill have the dept and interest… i don’t have depts right now
Let’s see, interest paid on a home you own is tax deductible. They(uncle sam) will give you an 8000$ check if you close this year. You build an average of 3% equity each year in every state over the last 100 years. I am leaning toward buying.
