Is there anyone knows where could I file a complain to my home loan mortgage lender?
My lender doesn’t want to find me a lower mortgage loan rate because she wants to maximize her profit. Today’s rate is 4.875% but she give me a rate of 5.5% and a fee of $965. Since I applied the HOP(one of the government down payment assistant program), I can’t change the lender right now because she is holding my funds from the government, and she doesn’t allow me to use the rate I found. She just want to grab as much money as she can from me. I am totally mad at this lender. So I hope someone can help me.
