I need to move out of home – rent/mortage HELP?
OK, im being kicked out(im not a bad person!) –
I need a two bedroom house/flat whatever this July latest, to share with my cousin who will be at college so i have to pay for the whole lot.
So I could rent ,however i would have to live with somebody elses taste in decor and when that rent has gone , its gone!
I heard something about being able to rent AND buy .. I just need help understanding all this mortgage jargon

ok same situation happened to me
Wat you need to do is maybe not move out of home you think it wil be great but its not all its made out to be.
If you do move out the best thing to do is to go halfers on the rent with someone relaible, trustworthing etc.
If you are young the best thing to do is to rent first and then wait untill you have enough money to think about buying.
