- I am a first time home buyer .
- excellent fico score ( 820+)
- 20-25% down payment
- home price is around $220K
- loan amount is around $165K

Any banks you could suggest who could give me lower interest rates around 4 to 4.2% with zero points ?
Or what rate can we get for the above scenario ?

One suggestion I have would be to call a local reputable Mortgage Broker…they have access to loan products from a wide variety of lenders. He/She can show you the different things that lenders offer and you can determine the best product for your situation.

That said, I think the rates you are looking for are a bit lower than most of what is out there now.
